Cliff House and Rammed Earth House explore unconventional enclosure, material expression and compact habitation. Cliff House explores a compact dwelling at the edge of the landscape. Rammed Earth House, developed for the OUTSIDER competition in Slovenia, investigates a minimal home for two people through the thermal and tactile qualities of earth construction.
Elio Atallah — my contribution: I developed the Cliff House prototype concept and the Rammed Earth House competition proposal, exploring compact habitation through contrasting materials and forms.
